These options are for programs only available to hemlock farms residents and invited guests. PLEASE click the DROP DOWN to see more information about payment options, eligibility, guest fees, pricing structures and contact information!
1.These options are available to Hemlock Farms Residents & their Guest ONLY!
2.Guest must pay a 20% guest fee (to be selected as an addon on each scheduling option.(once collected entire guest fee amount is remitted to HFCA)
3. Pricing is shown with two numbers (online purchase price including transaction fees) / (*direct payment price where savings are passed on to the participants.)
4. Direct Payment Rate is obtained via zelle, venmo, or cash, paid at appointment time.
5. If you wish to pay via credit card simply select pay now when booking your appointment time.
6. If you wish to pay via direct pay please select pay later (credit card will be stored by a secrue processor (swipe) but not charged.
7. Online payments are paid in full, if you wish to split the payments amoung all participants direct payment is your best option.
8. Packages are Available for additional savings and can be decided on at your appointment time (only available for hemlock residents as the payee). If interest in a package simply reserve your appointment time and we will walk you through purchasing and utilizing a package.
9. Packages are available if scheduled withing 30 day period and have a 40 day expiration (10 day period)
10. All sessions must be scheduled in accordance with HFCA agreement, and session must be paid in advanced or have payment for collection at appointment time.
11. IT IS RECCOMENDED THAT ALL RESIDENTS HAVE FILLED OUT AN IN CASE OF EMERGENCY (I.C.E.) FORM WITH HFCA <<<<click to submit electronically.
12. All services are rendered directly by Zach and Soly and cannot be redeemed with other HFCA employees or approved contractors, and all questions should be directed below.
13. This arrangement is made possible by an agreement and revenue share with HFCA and all sessions must be scheduled, and recorded through our calendar for accounting purposes.

All sessions have a 24 cancellation policy unless cancelled due to weather.
It is our goal to proactively reschedule or move all appointments that will be impacted by forecasts of incompatible weather for all outdoor sessions.

Moving up- This clinic will focus on most common limitations, and improvements required to start entering, and mastering the world of intermediate pickleball. This level specific clinic is geared towards advanced beginner, and lower intermediates.
Focus will be footwork, paddle positioning, and mastering the volley, handling pace, and court positioning basics.
